However, once submitted, all data becomes the property of ConstructHUB and may be used, stored, or analyzed by ConstructHUB in accordance with its policies.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use ConstructHUB only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Specifically, you may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
• Share or disclose project bid values submitted by other companies unless permitted under a qualified membership level.
• Disrupt, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to ConstructHUB systems.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Platform.

ConstructHUB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

ConstructHUB provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ConstructHUB does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• Bid data accuracy is guaranteed.
• Services will meet every user's specific requirements.

ConstructHUB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its platform.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ConstructHUB, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of ConstructHUB’s platform and services.
• Any inaccuracies in submitted bid data.
• Unauthorized use of another company’s proprietary data.
• Violation of these terms.

ConstructHUB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
